Untied NOTESRBS Flanged Rubber Moulded Bellows
RBS Moulded rubber bellows are designed to neutralise expansion & contraction movements, dampen noise and vibration, and adjust for small misalignments in pipelines. Our standard bellows are manufactured in three lengths, 130, 150 & BB in mm . Special length units can be produced to specification. The standard moulded section is EPDM for HEVAC and Nitrile NBR for gas applications Other models available are graded according to the band colour listed in the Product Guide.
The bellows are supplied with zinc plated carbon steel backing flanges drilled to the required flange specification. We also supply bellows with different flange specifications either end to adapt pipelines or equipment to a revised specification.
Particular care must be taken when fitting bellows to ensure its capability to absorb the pipe network movements and working temperature/pressure remain within its limits. Each bellows is provided with a data sheet and the installation must adhere to the instructions therein to ensure satisfactory service. Bellows are also supplied with tie rods to restrain undue pressure or weight loading whilst in service. Our standard product guide is available on request.

The Maximum:- working pressure is 10bar / temperature 82.deg.C. Applications cover heating & chilled water services. The products must be installed in accordance with our fitting instructions and periodically inspected. Nitrile NBR connectors with brass unions are also available on request.

This range of bellows is designed to compensate thermal movement in heating and hot water circuits. They also are suitable for potable water applications. The bellows comprise of 316 stainless steel convoluted bellows terminated with either stainless steel or galvanised malleable iron female bellows. Maximum working pressure is 6bar / temperature 100.deg.C
CU6 Copper Spigot tail Bellows
This range of bellows is designed to compensate thermal movement in a multitude of copper pipeline circuits. They also are suitable for potable water applications. The bellows comprise of 316 stainless steel convoluted bellows terminated either end with a short copper spigot tail which can be connected to adjoining pipework with lead free solder copper or compression fittings. The working temperature / pressure will be governed by the fittings used but a rough guide is 6bar / 100.dg.c
